Qualifications

• Experience supervising waitstaff in high-volume or premium venues.
• Strong customer service and guest experience skills.
• Knowledge of menu items, specials, and pairings.
• Excellent communication with guests, team, and kitchen/bar.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse service team.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; other languages helpful.
• Hospitality training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise waitstaff and coordinate front-of-house service.
• Manage reservations and seating plans for smooth flow.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold standards.
