Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to support daily operations of a luxury Dubai outlet. You will guide the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coordinating sections, briefings, and guest priorities with a hands-on, guest-centric approach.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B service, proven leadership, and strong English communication in a multicultural environment. Relocation to Dubai and accommodation are included as part of the offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading service teams in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth day-to-day operation of the F&B outlet.
• Lead and support service team to maintain luxury standards.
• Coordinate team members and sections for efficient guest flow.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities and VIPs.
• Monitor service quality and guide team accordingly.
• Ensure warm, professional, and personalized guest service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and promotions.
• Collaborate with culinary and other teams for timely service.
• Assist outlet management with daily operational requirements.
