MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a proactive Community & Events Manager in Dubai to own a luxury broker network, nurture an elite ecosystem, and curate content while orchestrating top-tier offline experiences for Dubai's real estate professionals.

This role blends high-touch digital community management with luxury event production and VIP hospitality, managing private masterminds, bespoke trips, and high-end gifting. Based in Dubai with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management, event production, or VIP hospitality.
• Experience in UAE luxury real estate is a plus.
• Highly proactive, fast-thinking, and resourceful.
• Strong communication, impeccable taste, high EQ, and absolute discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a closed ecosystem of top brokers and real estate professionals in Dubai.
• Drive daily chat engagement and content sharing in private channels.
• Plan and execute private offline events, masterminds, and luxury trips.
• Coordinate high-end gifting, welcome kits, and milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with the SMM team for announcements, recaps, and promotions for a luxury audience.
• Serve as the primary concierge and trusted contact for elite members.
