Job summary

Jobtrack Management Services seeks an Operations Head – Lighting for a Dubai-based lighting solutions company. The role oversees the entire operations of the division and leads designers, engineers, sales and technicians to deliver turnkey lighting projects.

The candidate must be a technically qualified Electrical Engineer with 8–10 years of project sales experience in turnkey lighting, possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Technically qualified Electrical Engineer with 8–10 years of turnkey lighting project sales experience.
• Experience leading operations of a division and managing Designers/Engineers/Sales/Technicians.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products and UAE market; valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the lighting division.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across design, engineering and sales.
• Drive turnkey lighting projects and revenue growth while ensuring project delivery.
