Job summary

CyberKnight, based in Dubai, seeks a qualified Legal Counsel to manage its legal and compliance functions in the UAE. The role involves identifying and mitigating legal risks, reviewing complex commercial contracts, and providing strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate documents in Arabic and English, support dispute resolution and regulatory matters, and help build internal governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm.
• Mandatory fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong working knowledge of the UAE legal and regulatory framework, including corporate, commercial, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate legal risks for CyberKnight in Dubai.
• Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate documents in Arabic and English.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation processes as needed.
• Develop internal governance frameworks and liaise with external counsel and regulators.
