Job summary

Visioneers in Dubai seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel to support its digital media operations. You will manage corporate matters, draft and review contracts, and advise on regulatory compliance and IP rights in the UAE.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, and is fluent in English and Arabic. This is an on-site role in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent degree with 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in media, digital content or tech sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, contracts, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support across Visioneers' digital media operations.
• Draft and review contracts to protect corporate interests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within UAE and the wider region.
• Advise on intellectual property rights and licensing.
