Job summary

SSH is seeking an experienced Lead Landscape Architect – Infrastructure to join its Dubai team and lead the landscape and public realm design delivery of major infrastructure and large-scale development projects. The role requires 10+ years in landscape architecture, UAE/GCC project experience, and leadership across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation or chartership is advantageous.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant landscape architecture experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, public realm, streetscape, and urban development projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary landscape design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture and public realm design for major infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects through concept to construction documentation stages.
• Develop landscape strategies covering hardscape, softscape, streetscape and planting.
• Coordinate with roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, lighting and structures.
• Provide technical leadership and reviews of drawings, specs and design packages.
• Ensure designs meet standards, sustainability objectives and authorities’ requirements.
• Mentor landscape architects and designers within the team.
• Support proposals, presentations and client engagement as required.
