Job summary

The Virmani Group in Dubai is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for residency and citizenship by investment services. You will run outbound campaigns, qualify inbound enquiries, and work with marketing to optimize messaging and landing pages.

The role requires 2+ years in lead generation or outbound sales, proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools, and strong phone/written communication. On-site Dubai experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or outbound sales, ideally in immigration, wealth management, real estate, or financial services.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Confident on the phone and sharp in writing.
• Organised, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Urdu, Arabic, or Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and referral partners in target markets.
• Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone, and qualify inbound enquiries.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Book discovery calls for our advisors and track conversion at each stage.
• Work with marketing on messaging, landing pages, and paid campaigns that generate leads.
• Report weekly on lead volume, quality, and sources.
