• 12-15 years professional experience in Landscape/Urban Design Consultancy within UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of leading Landscape Design groups on multiple complex projects.
• Excellent client-facing experience with developers/government entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dubai office and oversee design delivery for multiple projects.
• Manage client expectations, schedules, and budgets across projects.
• Drive design excellence and technical integrity while growing market share in Dubai and KSA.
• Coordinate with senior management in Abu Dhabi and external stakeholders.
