Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor landscape works on site, ensuring alignment with designs and quality standards.

• Review and approve landscape shop drawings, submittals, and mock-ups.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, deviations or non-compliances.
• Monitor softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and exterior furniture installations.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and handover of landscape areas.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our Site supervision team for a prestigious villa development project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscaping that meets design intent, client expectations, and site execution standards.

This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all landscape works on site, ensuring alignment with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve landscape-related technical issues.
• Review and approve landscape shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely reporting of progress, deviations, or non-compliances.
• Monitor softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and external furniture installations.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape areas.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project-specific environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and maintain design consistency across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience
• At least 10 years of experience in Dubai, with strong knowledge of local authorities, standards, and construction practices.
• Minimum 5 years on villa, residential community, or large-scale public realm projects.
• Strong site supervision background, particularly on softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiarity with BIM-related coordination is an advantage.
• Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ASLA, IFLA, UAE Society of Engineers) is a plus.
