An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director - Landscape Design to join a highly regarded international design consultancy in the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and commercially aware landscape design professional to take a leading role in delivering an exciting portfolio of projects across the region, including large-scale masterplans, luxury hospitality and high-end mixed-use developments.

We are looking for someone with a strong design vision, exceptional conceptual and presentation abilities, and the experience to lead design teams in developing innovative, high-quality landscape solutions from initial concept through to design development.

The Role:

• Lead and oversee landscape design projects across a varied portfolio of high-profile developments.
• Drive the creative direction and development of landscape concepts, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
• Produce and present compelling design concepts, visualisations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop landscape design teams, encouraging creativity and technical excellence.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, urban design and masterplanning.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development, bids and new project opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master's qualification in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design.
• Proven experience within an established international design consultancy.
• Experience at Associate Director, Associate or Senior Associate level, with the ability to lead teams and projects.
• Strong conceptual design skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and creativity.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to present and sell design ideas to clients.
• A strong portfolio of masterplanning, luxury hospitality, hotel and mixed-use developments.
• Previous Middle East experience would be advantageous.
