Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel kitchen or stewarding.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work long duty hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.
