DUNE Strategy in Dubai invites applications for a Junior Relationship Banker. This entry-level role supports client relationships and the commercial reading that underpins them, operating in a hybrid setup based in Dubai.

You will work close to counterparties, numbers and notes, helping build a clear view of clients and opportunities while developing your judgement in live engagements.

Qualifications

• Basic grounding in finance or commercial analysis from studies or internship.
• Clear written English that can convey a concise point clearly.
• Organised approach with attention to small details that affect numbers.
• Comfort with incomplete information and ability to ask better questions.
• Discretion; handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Research clients, counterparties and family ownership structures, and keep that picture current as things move.
• Map who matters in a transaction or market entry question: who decides, who influences, who has to be comfortable before anything signs.
• Assemble briefing material for partner meetings so the person walking in knows the history, the numbers and the open questions.
• Track a regulatory path from first enquiry to approval, noting where the timeline sits and what could slow it down.
• Write the short note a partner uses in the room: clear position, the reasoning behind it, and the gaps still open.
• Keep relationship records and follow-ups in order, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
