Zahr Freighters in Dubai is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain and support our technology systems. You will provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network connectivity, and help ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, good communication, and practical technical knowledge in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, or a related field.
• Experience as IT Support Engineer or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and email administration is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet, and network connectivity.
• Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Assist with data backup, security policies, and IT asset management.
