Job summary

Confidential Search is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist in Dubai to drive payroll, benefits administration and lifecycle management with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. You will partner with Finance to ensure precise payroll data, manage benefits, and support governance and improvement initiatives.

The role demands high organisation, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or People Operations.
Proven experience independently managing the full payroll process.
Practical experience with payroll budgets, employee cost monitoring and HR reporting.
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Free Zone requirements and visa procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee the complete monthly payroll cycle and ensure timely, accurate payments.
Coordinate employee benefits, medical insurance, and related enrollment/ billing tasks.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and exit processes, including documentation and final payments.
Support HR governance, compliance, audits and process improvements across People Operations.
