Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Dubai to lead HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, and payroll operations for a prominent F&B/retail client. You will design compensation frameworks, oversee recruitment, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS.

The role requires 10–15 years in HR management within F&B or retail, with CIPD Level 5 and a Master’s in HRM.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HRM required.
CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
10–15 years HR management experience in F&B or retail.
Experience with payroll, ERP, insurance, and employee relations.
Proven track record designing compensation and benefits programmes and managing HR digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
Ensure HR policies align with business trends and requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Review and design compensation and benefits structures.
Benchmark and analyze market compensation practices.
Implement and manage performance management systems.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely salary disbursements and WPS compliance.
Renew company licenses timely.
Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Administer medical and workmen’s compensation policies.
Monitor ERP and HRMS systems and ESS portal.
Generate real-time HR metrics reports.
