Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Prior internship/work experience in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HF HQ financial databases.
• Build the dashboard suite — revenue by country, monthly performance, GM tracker.
• Automation of recurring templates and submissions.
• Automation of Geo template consolidation.
• Independent checks on close and forecast output before submission.
• Analytics support across the close, LBE and MDD cycles.
• Maintains the automation and check library as processes change.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate information and timely submissions.
• Support in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.
