Qualifications

• 5 years of FP&A experience, international markets would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or finance; MBA would be a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and numerical accuracy; leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HQ with consolidation of Quarterly RBLEs and Annual Planning processes.
• Track monthly and quarterly cash flow; prepare dashboards and regional analyses.
• Manage LBE/MT Sales flash, NPI and L&A tracker, standard margin recycle.
• Analyze net cost changes and P&L impact with FP&A Hub and stakeholders.
• Enhance HQ-to-Affiliates support with dashboards and streamlined FP&A processes.
• Prepare presentations for business cases aligned with regional dynamics and EPD standards.
