Job summary

JLL in Dubai is seeking a motivated Graduate Analyst to join our Hotels & Hospitality team, applying finance, market research and advisory skills to hotel assets across the MENA region. You will assist senior team members with financial modeling, valuations and data analysis for acquisitions, dispositions and advisory engagements, gaining exposure to a dynamic hospitality market.

Recent graduates in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality or related fields are encouraged to apply; Arabic is a plus but

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling capabilities; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for creating professional presentations and reports.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial models for hotel assets including revenue projections, operating expense analysis, and capex forecasts.
Conduct market research on hotel performance trends, competitive supply analysis, and demand drivers across Dubai, UAE, and broader regional markets.
Assist in hotel valuation assignments by gathering data and applying income, cost, and comparison approaches.
Contribute to hotel transaction processes including buyer/seller representation, due diligence coordination, and client presentations.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and analytical materials for client meetings and deliverables.
