Job summary

Accor Group is seeking an Hotel Bus Driver to transport hotel colleagues between staff accommodation and the property in Dubai. You will follow schedules, ensure safety, and maintain vehicle readiness while delivering courteous service to employees.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Transport hotel colleagues between staff accommodation and the hotel according to approved schedules.
• Provide safe, punctual, friendly and courteous service throughout every journey.
• Follow assigned routes while adapting to traffic conditions and operational requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, routes and transport regulations.
• Observe local traffic laws, speed limits, parking controls and company procedures.
• Inspect the assigned vehicle before and after each trip for safety and maintenance.
• Keep the bus clean and presentable for employee transportation.
• Monitor fuel usage and arrange fueling per hotel procedures.
• Ensure periodic servicing and vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
• Carry out minor vehicle maintenance tasks when safe.
• Report defects, breakdowns or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain transport logbooks, trip records, mileage details and inspection reports.
• Prepare accident and incident reports when required.
• Report daily transport developments to supervisors.
• Respond professionally to passenger concerns and resolve issues.
• Escalate serious transport or safety issues through proper channels.
• Coordinate transport requirements with hotel departments.
• Attend scheduled training and safety briefings.
