Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a hotel setting and hold a UAE driving license, with strong knowledge of Dubai routes and road safety. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Diploma or high school qualification and a valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 1-3 years in a 4-5 star hotel environment or related UAE driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and routes for efficient transport.
• Ability to prepare trip reports and incident documentation with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off hotel colleagues between staff accommodation and the hotel per schedules.
• Operate buses and vehicles safely in line with UAE traffic regulations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks before/after trips.
• Prepare trip records including mileage, timing, and operational requirements.
• Report safety, maintenance, and scheduling issues to the Transportation Team Leader.
• Coordinate transportation with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure punctuality, passenger safety, and professional conduct at all times.
