Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a large, full-service 4*/5* property in Abu Dhabi. The role requires autonomous operation, strong financial acumen and the ability to build trusted relationships with Ownership and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in hospitality, including 5+ years as GM, with 300+ rooms and proven leadership of a sizeable F&B operation and a multi-outlet setup.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hotel experience with 5+ years as a Hotel General Manager.
• Proven leadership of a 300+ room, full-service hotel.
• Ideally 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in Abu Dhabi market.
• Full responsibility for Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, full-service 4*/5* hotel in Abu Dhabi with autonomy.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Develop HODs, build succession and improve guest satisfaction.
• Manage multiple F&B outlets and drive occupancy and RevPAR.
