You will advise individuals and corporate clients, assess needs, and provide tailored health insurance solutions. The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive service, and achieving sales targets within a dynamic market. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in health insurance sales, familiarity with broker portals and quotation platforms, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of health insurance sales experience.
• Experience with broker portals and quotation platforms.
• Ability to manage the full sales process independently.
• Existing client portfolio is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Team player with proactive customer focus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Advise individual and corporate clients on suitable health insurance plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare accurate quotations using insurance broker portals and insurer platforms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales support.
• Follow up on company-generated enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and follow-ups through the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support customer retention and renewals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Assist clients with queries related to policies, renewals, and claims.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and applicable industry regulations.
