Kingston Stanley is partnering with a leading international retail organisation to appoint a commercially focused and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Dubai. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will shape the financial strategy, drive commercial performance and support regional and international growth.

This high-impact role requires strong governance, working capital management and leadership of finance and technology teams across a multinational retail environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior finance leadership within a large-scale retail organisation.
• Strong commercial understanding of inventory-intensive retail operations and profitability.
• Experience engaging with CEOs, Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead finance and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board to drive financial strategy and long-term growth.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting and governance.
• Drive working capital, inventory management and cash flow efficiency.
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, supply chain and commercial leadership to boost performance.
• Evaluate investments, expansion initiatives and profitability.
