Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Odoo and QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and general ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company financial policies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audits and reporting.
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis when required.
• Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution of accounting issues.
