Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for an Accounts Executive to support finance operations, maintain accounting records, and ensure compliance with internal controls. This role involves managing the general ledger, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong skills in general ledger accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Accounts Executive or Accounts Assistant.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, reporting accuracy, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the General Ledger and sub-ledgers for accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review G/L schedules for line manager review.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial policies.
