Job summary

Nathan & Nathan is seeking a Freight Finance Specialist in Dubai (Business Bay) to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and related reconciliations. You will drive accuracy in invoicing, cash flow planning and month-end close processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of accounting experience in logistics or freight, hands-on ERP experience, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years accounting experience across AP/AR.
• Experience with ERP systems; Excel proficiency required; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments per terms.
• Prepare customer invoices and reconcile balances.
• Perform reconciliations, aging reports and cash forecasts.
• Support month-end close and reporting; ensure costs recorded properly.
• Maintain compliance with finance policies and internal controls.
