Job summary

Dubai, UAE, hosts Eaton’s Middle East FP&A team. An experienced FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the E33 manufacturing plant, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting for the E33 plant.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting to provide financial insights.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital.
• Support capital investment evaluations, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements and audit standards.
• Utilize SAP, Excel and reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate and actionable financial information to plant leadership.
