Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dubai is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst with SAP to join our Middle East team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis for the Dubai plant.

The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain and Accounting to drive performance, manage costs and provide timely financial insights using SAP, Excel and BI tools. You should have 3-5 years' finance experience in a multinational, manufacturing environment, with strong analytical and collaboration

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive finance experience in a multinational organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP-based reporting and analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and operational analysis for the Dubai plant.
• Analyze financial performance, identify drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital to support decisions.
