Job summary

Michael Page in Dubai seeks a capable lawyer to support corporate governance, contracts, and compliance within a multinational FMCG environment. You will liaise with authorities, manage filings, and monitor renewals, ensuring regulatory alignment across cross-border structures.

The role demands fluency in Arabic and English, solid knowledge of legal procedures, strong organizational skills, and experience with legal databases and software tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in law or legal studies.
• Proficient in Arabic and English oral and written.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organisational and research skills.
• Experience with legal databases and software.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance, maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers, and corporate filings.
• Review, draft, and manage contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel, and notaries to manage approvals, registrations, and renewals.
• Support due diligence, KYC processes, cross-border corporate structures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration, compliance initiatives, and ad hoc legal projects.
