HR Source isRecruiting a Flagship Store Director for a premier luxury Maison in Dubai Mall. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a flagship-wide performance, customer experience and multi-category operations in a demanding international retail environment.

The successful candidate will lead the commercial plan, oversee product strategy, client development and an established management team, while coordinating with regional and international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large flagship or complex multi-category retail operation.
• Strong background in luxury fashion, leather goods, accessories or comparable international luxury Maison.
• Experience in international luxury retail with leadership across multiple reporting levels.
• Annual retail turnover of USD 90 million or more.
• Teams of at least 50 employees, ideally larger.
• Established management structures with multiple reporting levels.
• Significant commercial budgets and financial performance targets.
• Experience with high-profile luxury clientele (VIC and UHNW).

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the flagship's performance and continued development.
• Provide commercial leadership, financial management and product strategy for the boutique.
• Develop and execute a clear commercial plan to align sales, profitability and operations with brand objectives.
• Understand business at departmental/category level, identify growth opportunities and work with management to improve performance.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, security, stock accuracy, compliance and store presentation.
• Lead a sizeable retail organization, develop talent and maintain an engaged, accountable team.
• Interact with regional and international leadership; travel may be required.
