Job summary

OnTime HealthCare Services in Dubai seeks a proactive Fit-Out Project Coordinator to manage site execution and coordinate subcontractors for healthcare fit-out projects. You will track schedules, ensure quality and safety, and liaise with design, procurement, and consultants to keep projects on time.

The role requires 2–4 years of UAE experience and a related degree. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of fit-out/site coordination experience, preferably in UAE.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades (civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety).
• Proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling/tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day fit-out project coordination and site execution.
• Prepare and update project schedules to track timelines.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and report delays to Project Manager.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, progress, and quality on site.
• Coordinate between trades to minimize clashes and delays.
• Act as a key liaison between site and internal teams.
