Job summary

EPS Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be based in Dubai, supporting initiatives in the Digital Assets space for a digital bank. The role covers end-to-end project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering documentation and stakeholder updates.

Candidates with 6-8 years in PM, fintech/crypto delivery, tokenisation or custody experience, and PM certifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience delivering projects in a fintech or crypto environment is essential.
• Direct experience in digital assets, such as tokenisation or custody is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or another relevant project management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverables
• Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reports
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews
• Perform hands-on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholders
• Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking
