Job summary

EPS Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be based in Dubai, supporting digital assets projects within fintech and crypto. This hands-on role covers end-to-end project management, stakeholder alignment and delivery against timelines, budgets and scope.

Mandarin proficiency is required due to project needs, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of PM experience in fintech/crypto, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience delivering projects in a fintech or crypto environment is essential.
• Direct experience in digital assets, such as tokenisation or custody is an advantage.
• Able to manage projects end-to-end, including plans, budgets, risks, stakeholder updates and delivery.
• Comfortable gathering requirements, analysing processes and working closely with business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews.
• Perform hands-on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.
