Job summary

The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the UAE, excellent communication, time management, and the ability to work with CRM tools. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role in UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; UAE driving licence required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers, highlighting benefits.
