Job summary

Caterpillar invites graduates to join the Field Representative Development Program in Dubai. Over 1–2 years, you’ll gain hands-on experience, world-class training, and close collaboration with Cat Dealers to serve customers worldwide.

The program blends structured training with rotational assignments across sales and field operations. Start date February 1st, 2027, location Dubai, full-time onsite, with opportunities to travel and live abroad for rotations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Economic or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30-70% depending on assignments.
• Willingness to live abroad for up to 3 months for training/rotation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid passport through May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1–2 year program with hands-on experience, training and rotations.
• Prepare for a customer-facing field role after graduation.
• Support Cat Dealers and customers through rotations and end-to-end exposure.
