Job summary

Repserve is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Dubai to promote wireless headphone and audio systems to event organizers, agencies, and blue-chip corporate clients.

This role involves building relationships, coordinating bookings, and acting as the local face of the brand, with a 25% allocation (40 hours per month) and a compensation of $1,500/month plus commission.

Based in Dubai, UAE, you will help expand usage of equipment across future events and maintain a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in event sales, production, AV, staging, or related field.
• Established network within events industry locally.
• Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with wireless headphone or audio systems is a plus.
• Trade show or large corporate event experience.
• Existing relationships with event agencies or PCOs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote wireless multi-channel audio and headset systems to events and corporate clients.
• Build relationships with event agencies, AV/production companies, and blue-chip corporates.
• Act as the local face of the brand and coordinate bookings.
• Present the value of the system: multiple languages, no breakout rooms, long battery life.
• Negotiate and close bookings for event usage.
• Maintain a pipeline of upcoming blue-chip and corporate events.
• Coordinate logistics with the local service provider.
