Job summary

Zynetic is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Field Sales to drive adoption of EV charging solutions in Dubai. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with key accounts, coordinating with internal teams for installation and ongoing support.

This on-site role requires strong EV charging knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the region. A engineering degree and robust sales background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent practical experience in technical field sales.
• Strong technical sales ability to understand EV charging tech and explain it clearly to customers.
• Experience in account management, pipeline management, and commercial engagement with key accounts.
• Familiarity with DEWA requirements and EV charging regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities; drive adoption of EV charging solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Perform on-site customer visits and develop proposals and quotations.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with internal teams for installation and support.
