Job summary

Archdesk, a Dubai-based, next-generation ERP software company for construction, is hiring a Technical Implementation Consultant. You will configure customer systems and drive successful implementations, becoming an expert in Archdesk to ensure top-notch customer experience.

You will analyse customer data, conduct training on custom setups, and coordinate with product and tech teams. Hybrid role in Dubai with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi; travel expectations are outlined.

Responsibilities

• Software configuration and ensuring successful implementation.
• Analyzing the data provided by the Customer to determine its quality and readiness for implementation.
• Conducting Customer training on custom setups.
• Helping our Customers gain value by using our software and achieve the success they are looking for.
• Solving customer problems.
• Monitoring Customer Accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage technical queries during the implementation process.
• Communicate with the product development and technical team on customer requirements and alignment with the development roadmap.
• Working together on internal processes improvements as part of the Implementation Team.
• Experience in ERP/Project Management software implementation or similar.
• Construction industry experience.
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of JSON.
