Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Dubai to own the sales strategy and drive revenue growth within the territory. You will identify, qualify and close a robust pipeline targeting CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical end users.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to deliver customer success, and work with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes while engaging in advanced sales training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Ability to develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting and closing opportunities in an assigned territory.
• Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
• Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
• Skilled at building business champions; must live in region; Arabic speaker; experience in KSA PubSec.

Responsibilities

• Proactively, identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline.
• Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users.
• Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
