Job summary

Woopel is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to lead a team of electricians in Dubai. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring work is done safely and in compliance with local codes.

You will plan daily tasks, inspect work, mentor staff, and coordinate with contractors to ensure on-time project completion. Strong leadership and blueprints reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must hold a valid biometric passport from Pakistan.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Knowledge of Dubai's local electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work with tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electricians to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
• Plan and assign daily tasks to team members based on project requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is performed to safety standards
• Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during projects
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
• Coordinate with other departments or contractors as needed
• Maintain records of work completed, hours worked, materials used
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members
