- A proven track record in sales or commercial real estate and a strong sales drive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities demonstrated in past deals.
- Client-focused mindset with ability to build lasting relationships.
- A degree in business-related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Represent commercial properties across Dubai's key business zones.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, price negotiations and contract facilitation.
- Stay ahead of market trends and maintain property insights.
- Deliver premium customer service aligned with Engel & Völkers standards.
