Job summary

Smart Start Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Agent to support property sales and rentals. You will build client relationships, source listings, and manage transactions on a commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• Professional, ethical handling of client information and transactions.
• Willingness to maintain the required RERA Broker Card and complete relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Source new sales and rental listings and collect the necessary property documents.
• Manage company-provided leads, generate new opportunities, and follow up consistently.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and participate in open houses.
• Coordinate property photography, videos, and promotional materials.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through sales and leasing transactions.
• Prepare and coordinate transaction documents, including MOUs, tenancy agreements, and addendums.
• Work with developers, property owners, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Keep client records, listings, and deal progress updated in the CRM.
• Follow applicable DLD and RERA requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and developer presentations.
