Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• Procurement experience is essential for the role.
• Membership of MRICS is preferred but not essential.
• Technical delivery experience in a global consultancy is expected.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Client-facing abilities are important.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive and commercially astute.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Maintain effective communication for successful project completion; liaise with managers for financial control.
• Undertake cost management services as part of a team.
• Deliver outputs accurately and on time.
• Support team leaders in cost management of projects.
• Represent the company professionally and build strong client relationships.
