Job summary

Currie & Brown in Dubai search for a Senior Cost Manager with Pre/Post-Contract experience to join our growing team. You will support project leaders, deliver cost management services, and help ensure successful project outcomes.

Based in Dubai, you will liaise with clients, deliver reports, and drive financial control across multiple developments while upholding our standards of professional service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm.
• Dubai-based.
• Experience on a variety of large developments such as hospitality, leisure, residential and retail.
• Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.

As a Senior Cost Manager you will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
