Job summary

Selected Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a well-established corporate services organisation in Dubai to hire a Corporate Paralegal into their Legal team. Reporting to the Legal Advisor, you will support the business across legal documentation, regulatory research and corporate governance.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients and government authorities to ensure compliance and smooth governance across entities while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders in a dynamic corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• 3–4 years of legal experience with a mid-sized or international law firm in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations and court procedures.
• Experience with corporate law, governance and contract documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal and corporate documents, including agreements, board resolutions, notices and letters.
• Research and summarise UAE laws, regulations and legal precedents.
• Support reviews of corporate structures, entity types and company documentation.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and external authorities.
• Act as go-to legal support for internal departments on ad-hoc corporate matters.
