Job summary

Global Law Firm in Dubai is seeking a Paralegal to provide day-to-day legal and transactional support. The role focuses on drafting, managing conditions precedent, and coordinating completions across Dubai and other offices as needed.

You will work closely with fee earners, clients, and fellow staff to maintain accurate files and ensure timely delivery of all tasks within a fast-paced legal environment. UAE national status is required under Emiratisation.

Qualifications

• UAE national (Emirati) as part of Emiratisation programme required or preferred.
• Law degree and/or LPC or equivalent legal qualification advantageous.
• Experience as Paralegal/Legal Assistant or similar is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Excellent organisational and workload management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to fee earners across the Dubai office and other international offices.
• Assist with drafting, preparation, review and organisation of legal and transactional documents.
• Manage and track conditions precedent to ensure all documentation and actions are completed within timelines.
• Support lawyers throughout the transaction lifecycle including coordination of completions.
• Handle post-completion matters with accurate documentation.
• Liaise with clients, lawyers and internal stakeholders regarding transactional and legal matters.
• Maintain well-organised transaction files and supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders as required.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with the wider legal team to ensure efficient support across matters.
