Caliberly seeks a detail-oriented Corporate Legal & Compliance Executive to support legal, secretarial, and regulatory functions across the UAE and international jurisdictions. You will manage incorporation, governance, licensing, and documentation while ensuring adherence to laws and corporate standards.

You will coordinate board activities, maintain records, and liaise with government authorities. This role requires 2–3 years’ experience in corporate services and a solid legal/compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• CS qualification or equivalent compliance certification is a plus.
• Experience with UAE Free Zone company formations and corporate compliance is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory compliance support across UAE and international jurisdictions.
• Coordinate Board Meetings, General Meetings, agendas, minutes and maintain statutory registers.
• Handle company incorporation, licensing, and post-incorporation amendments (share transfers, director changes, capital changes).
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and government bodies (VARA, DLD, RERA, immigration).
• Draft, review and manage legal documents, MOUs, contracts and agreements.
• Support AML inspections, customer screening, and KYC documentation.
