Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking a Corporate Legal and Compliance Executive in Dubai with 2+ years UAE experience. You will manage corporate secretarial and governance activities across UAE and international entities, draft key legal documents, and coordinate with regulators and external counsel.

We require a law degree (LLB) and knowledge of UAE company formations. CS qualification is a plus; 2–3 years in related roles is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or related discipline.
• Company Secretary qualification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years in Corporate Secretarial, Legal, Compliance or Business Setup in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and Free Zone regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial and governance across UAE and international entities.
• Draft and review contracts, MOUs, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate incorporations, restructuring, post-incorporation amendments, and liquidations in UAE and Free Zones.
• Liaise with authorities (Ministry of Economy, VARA, DLD, RERA, Immigration) and regulatory bodies.
• Support licensing, filings, AML/KYC, and regulatory inspections; maintain records and governance calendars.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, auditors, banks and government authorities.
