Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dubai is seeking a Business Operation Support Officer (Emirati National) to join the Customer Services Delivery team. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will support project administration, invoicing, and contract-related processes while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely activity and renewal/approval workflows.

The role requires a university degree in Business Administration, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong English/Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree in business or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in administration or operations.
• Proficient in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain up-to-date supplier/client records.
• Provide administrative support to clients on project basis.
• Prepare invoices/purchase orders and coordinate receipt from suppliers.
• Answer phones and respond to client/supplier inquiries.
• Create and maintain department database on operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for BOQ submissions and AMC finalization.
• Support contract finalization and renewal for network-related contracts.
• Manage post-approval administrative activities including docs and approvals.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing, vendor order placement, and service renewals.
• Initiate LPO requests through ERP for approved vendor services.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure order acknowledgment and renewal.
• Liaise between vendors, Finance, and Accounts Payable to resolve invoices.
• Monitor contract renewal timelines and complete procurement on schedule.
• Manage end-to-end contract administration after customer approval.
• Coordinate internal approvals and sign-offs, handle filing and docs.
